I tried to withdraw money from my account, but I received an error. Why?

  • Check your account balance on the top lefthand side of the page. You can only withdraw up to the amount that's in your account. If you have more than one investing entity, be sure to check which investing entity you're looking at the balance for. There's a dropdown at the top of the page to switch between investing entities.
  • Check whether you have any pending investments. Although you may see a certain balance in your account, if you have a pending investment, some of those funds are reserved to go towards that investment.
  • If you're still receiving an error, it's likely that your account needs verification. Please email accounts@angel.co.
